7 Tips to manage your time better and do more than 95% of other programmers:
1️⃣ Use Project management software
Project management software helps you split your work into tasks and assign the estimated completion time to each.
It will help you visualize your project time frame and be more organized.
✅ Clickup
✅ Asana
✅ Trello
2️⃣ Use simple task management software.
For simple everyday tasks, complex project management software can be too much. You can use a simpler solution here:
✅ Todoist
✅ Taskr
✅ Any .Do
✅ TickTick
3️⃣ Use the Pomodoro technique
Pomodoro timers help you focus on a particular task. You basically work for 20 - 25 minutes, and then you take a 5 minutes break.
After 3 cycles, you take a longer break of 15 - 30 minutes.
Use Google and search for the right one. e.g. "Session"
4️⃣ Disable notification
This is essential.
Doesn't matter if you're using Pomodoro or not.
You can't stay focused if you're constantly getting distractions.
5️⃣ Do not use social media while coding.
This is related to the previous one. When you're focusing on your task, forget about social media.
I know it's not easy, but to have to manage it.
6️⃣ Avoid procrastination
